If you get exposed to too much radiation, you will get radiation poisoning and start to lose health. There are pockets of radiation scattered across the island and you'll need to avoid them. Often what determines the outcome of a fight is your ability to spot hostiles before they spot you. There are groups of bandits everywhere and there may even be some near where you spawn, so get moving as soon as you can and keep your eyes open. Altis is quite large, but it's an island and there are a few landmarks you can use to fix your location. You don't know where you are yet (and you don't have a map). Take everything so you can at least defend yourself and carry some stuff. There's a body nearby that has a weapon and a couple of items. You are unarmed and you don't have any supplies or backpack. It will take a little while before you're able to run about. You're exhausted- ArmA 3 has a fatigue system and you're already at its limit. Arma 3 lets you do that.When you first load Ravage, you will find yourself in a wrecked truck next to a burning car.

I have all the dynamic ops Missions and they are truly excellent for some quick action, but they don't quite compare to a full high quality campaign with a plot, detailed missions and full voice acting. So far the only one I have found are the two campaigns by Tedhol, In Our Time and Bell Tolls. I know Arma 2 has been out a lot longer than Amra 3, so I would expect more user made content but the steam workshop keeps showing me missions of questionable quality for Arma 3, even when they have high user scores.
What are the highest quality/best single player (Not Co-op) campaigns and missions for Arma 3 so far? What are everyone favourites?
